1. Booking Services:
Druk Ride provides on-demand taxi services, bus ticket booking services, and event ticket booking services to users through our website and mobile application.
- Taxi Services: Users can book taxis for immediate or future rides.
- Bus Ticket Booking: Users can purchase bus tickets for specified routes and dates.
- Event Ticket Booking: Users can purchase tickets for various events.
2. User Responsibilities:
- Users must provide accurate and complete information when booking taxis, purchasing bus tickets, or event tickets.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their availability at the specified pickup location and time for taxi rides.
- Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Druk Ride services.
3. Service Availability
- Druk Ride strives to provide reliable and efficient services at all times. However, we do not guarantee the availability of taxis, bus tickets, or event tickets at all locations and times. Service availability may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, traffic congestion, and driver availability.
4. Payment:
- Users agree to pay the applicable fares for taxi rides, bus tickets, and event tickets as displayed on the Druk Ride platform.
- Payment methods accepted by Druk Ride include credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, and other electronic payment options.
- All payments are processed securely, and users will receive a confirmation of their booking upon successful payment.
5. Cancellation and Refunds:
- Taxi and Bus Services: Users may cancel taxi bookings or bus ticket purchases subject to the cancellation policy displayed on the Druk Ride platform. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy and may be subject to deduction of cancellation fees or other charges.
- Event Tickets: Cancellations and refunds are subject to the event organizer’s policies. Druk Ride is not responsible for the event organizers' cancellation or refund policies. If an event is canceled or postponed, we will attempt to contact you and provide instructions for obtaining a refund or attending the rescheduled event. Tickets purchased after the show time has ended are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to ensure that you purchase tickets before the event's scheduled start time.
6. User Conduct:
- Users agree to use Druk Ride services responsibly and refrain from any behavior that may cause harm or inconvenience to others.
- Users must not engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities while using our platform.
7. Intellectual Property:
- The Druk Ride website, mobile application, and all related content and materials are the property of Druk Ride and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the Druk Ride platform without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability:
- Druk Ride shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
- Druk Ride's total liability to users shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the relevant service.
9. Governing Law:
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bhutan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms:
- Druk Ride reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for changes.
- By using Druk Ride services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our platform.
